I have dated straight men, bi women, one bi-curious man and one lesbian. Most straight men are either intimidated by bi women (Can her girlfriend do more for her than I can?) or intrigued (Can I join her and her gf?) My bicurious bf was totally cool with it, and so were my bi-gfs. They understand what it's like to be attracted to both. The bf is now engaged to a girl who is MOSTLY lesbian, but in love with him. My most recent gf had the worst reaction to me being bi, and we eventually broke up BECAUSE of it. I told her from day one that I'm bi, I like my men too much to ever completely give them up, and she has to deal with it and accept it. Her suggestions for dealing with it is for her to "switch" to a guy, buy the equipment from a toy store, and showing me pornos. Actually looking at, touching, or playing with REAL boy parts was NOT an option. So we broke up. Straight women can be tough as friends when they know because they think "Is she gonna hit on me?" or "Why isn't she hitting on me? Aren't I hot enough?" Someone asked me that once. My response "Yeah, I guess you're cute and all, but I'm not attracted to redheads. It reminds me of my sisters, which is gross!" Gay men, however, are fabulous! I adore them! And most of them are happy to meet another "Fag Hag", especially one that LIKES girls too.
